HeyFollowUp! is provided as-is, for personal use, to help you remember to follow up with people you meet. It is not a CRM, not a marketing tool, and not intended for bulk or commercial contact management.

You're responsible for the photos and notes you add, and for how you use any contact information you collect (e.g. from a business card) — including complying with any applicable laws around unsolicited contact in your jurisdiction.

The service is offered without warranty of any kind. Don't rely on it for anything time-critical or safety-critical.
